Which Day, and Why?
The Bible’s Sabbath is the seventh day of the week, Saturday, set apart by God from the very beginning of creation. There’s no verse anywhere in the Bible that says this ever changed.

Wasn't the Sabbath changed to Sunday?
The Bible never records that change. Sunday worship became common gradually, centuries later. It wasn't something God or the apostles taught.
